About - Infant Welfare Society of Chicago (IWS)

Since its inception in 1911, IWS has served the immigrant population, uninsured residents, and low-income families. An organization that was founded with the sole objective of providing safe, clean milk to infants has now evolved into a clinic that provides comprehensive, quality healthcare to mothers and children, with expanding services to fathers on a sliding fee scale. No one is denied care for inability to pay. Patients at the IWS Clinic are welcome and respected.
